First, the interested parties choose a
company name
.
To do so, there are three options:
- approve a name at the counter;
- or from a list of pre-approved names reserved in
favour of the State, which can be consulted online at
- alternatively, the interested parties may use a
company name of their choice, presenting a
certificate
of admissibilility
previously obtained from RNPC
(National Register of Collective Persons).
